As is typical with our Linene Woods HOA, our Annual Meeting is upon us. If you only attend one event a year, please take the time to attend this. The meeting date has been set for:

We'd love to engage more of our homeowners. One of the new business items we're looking forward to discussing is a Holiday Committee. We've had multiple homeowners talk to us about the idea of a holiday decorating competition (4th of July - 250th Anniversary of our nation, Holiday Lights). This committee could also punch up the decorating of our entrances during holidays. It seems like it could be a fun way to bring us all together more.

your annual dues were adjusted to $200 per lot. Despite the significant increases in general expenses over the last 5 years, our LWHOA never adjusted dues. In fact, it had been close to 10 years since the last dues increase. For the last 2 years, the LWHOA has been running a deficit. So, this new budget will allow us to stop tapping into our limited reserves. It also will allow us to cover new expenses like our HOA software and additional road cleaning service.

We now have a new way for you to pay your dues. Youc an go directly to LineneWoods.org and click on the "Owner Login" button in the top right. That will get you into our portal and allow you to pay via credit card or ACH payment. You can either store your payment for future transactions or just pay as a one time payment. Everything you'll need to access related to LWHOA will all be in one place.

We greatly appreciate your time and attention as these dues fund our operations including island maintenance, lights and beautification projects for the year. A large part of how we keep our dues low is by having an active volunteer board made up of your fellow neighbors. These individuals oversee everything from accounting, to maintenance and operations without our HOA having to pay staff, or a management company, to handle all of this. With that said, we hope you'll make the process of dues collection easy on them. ; )
